My Story

In 2022, I was introduced to rogue-like games, which can be absolute masochistic, chaotic bullshittery gaming sometimes, but here I am still playing it. There's something addicting about taking on an impossible challenge, barely scraping by with a sliver of health, and finally beating that one boss I've been grappling with for the last 69 attempts.

Sometimes an item appears by chance that miraculously helps me win.  Most of the time, I just die.

I chase the thrill and high risk of a challenge, combined with that sweet satisfaction of victory. But unlike winning by mastery of a skill like most people, I win because of that one lucky potion... along with a hefty dose of masochism. And thus... Caustic Remedy was born.

But that's not all.

Caustic Remedy wasn't just born from gaming; it's about navigating the chaotic maze of our own minds.  We fight against the monsters that dwell within us, armed with nothing at times... maybe a lucky potion or two.  Sometimes alcohol.

Let's face it - life can be kind of roguelike.  With some perserverance, we can come out victorious from the toughest battles.  And that's what Caustic Remedy ultimately is about - finding the remedy to life's caustic challenges.

If you resonate with this, let's take a leap and make our struggles sleep.

Together.
